About The Role

The Senior Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality support and proactive solutions. In this role you will manage executive clients and mentor Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants.

Responsibilities

●    Client Management: Act as a trusted partner to clients by overseeing complex needs and providing strategic guidance with minimal oversight.

●    Team Leadership: Provide professional development and performance feedback for other Assistants to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

●    Process Optimization: Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

●    Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records and project timelines.

●    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

●    Experience: 7-10+ years supporting executives in roles like Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff. Proven ability to manage complex communications, scheduling, and project coordination.

●    Leadership: Experience mentoring junior staff.

●    Technical Skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software, communication platforms, CRM software and financial tools.

●     Key Competencies: Ability to prioritize, anticipate business needs, apply forward-thinking solutions, and act with confidentiality and discretion at all times.
